Free vs Pro
ShipperCRM offers a Free Plan and a Pro Plan. This guide explains the differences between the two.
Overview
In an effort to allow more users to get a taste for Shipper CRM, we have recently launched our Free Plan. If you'd like to try Shipper CRM before committing to a paid plan, you can check out the free plan. The details of the free plan are explained below, as well as a comparison between the free plan and the pro plans.
What's included in the Free Plan
At it's core, the free plan includes everything that the pro plan does. You'll be able to use the Magic Map to search for shippers and the CRM to manage relationships. You'll also be able to submit requests for LinkedIn profiles of logistics contacts, and enrich these contacts with human validated phone and emails.
The key difference between the free plan and the pro plans is that the pro plans offer a much greater level of access to shipper profiles, LinkedIn profiles, and phone / email validation. The free plan includes the following:
10 Shipper Profiles: This information is accessible from the Magic Map, and includes company description, location, revenue estimates and more. The free plan allows you to view up to 10.
10 Requests for LinkedIn Profiles: You can view 1 LinkedIn profile for each shipper profile, for a total of up to 10 LinkedIn profiles.
5 Credits for Phone & Email Enrichment: You can request enrichment for up to 5 contacts with human validated phones & emails.
If you'd like access to more data, you can upgrade to a pro plan at any time. This way, you can test the waters with Shipper CRM by starting with the free plan, and then upgrade to a paid subscription once you're ready to scale up your sales operation.
Scaling up to a Pro Plan
Pro Plans offer significantly more data than free plans. You'll get access to unlimited Shipper Profiles and unlimited requests for LinkedIn contacts for logistics employees.
Depending on the commitment duration you select, you will also get significantly more enrichment credits. We currently offer two commitment durations:
3 month commitment: This plan includes 200 enrichment credits per seat
12 month commitment: This plan includes 900 enrichment credits per seat
Both duration's cost $200 per month, per seat. However, customers who chose the longer duration effectively get 100 free enrichment credits per seat, so if you're interested in building out your book of business for the long haul, we recommend choosing the longer commitment.
How to upgrade
You can upgrade your account at any time. To upgrade your account, hover over the sidebar on the left side to expand it. Towards the bottom of the sidebar, you'll see a button that says Upgrade to Pro. Clicking on this button will take you to the confirmation screen to upgrade your account
