Removing Members
Overview
In order to remove a member from a workspace, you will need ensure that they belong to another workspace. If the option to remove the member from the workspace is disabled, this is due to the fact that the member is only associated to that particular workspace. If this is the case, you will need to add that member to an existing workspace or create a new workspace for them.
Removing a Member From a Workspace
Navigate to the member that you would like to remove and click the (•••) or 'more' button. Click 'Remove from Workspace.' If the member is assigned to one or more companies a dialog will appear asking you to confirm by clicking 'Remove.'
Note: If a member is assigned to any parent companies from this workspace, the parent companies will continue to remain in the workspace but will now appear as unassigned from within the 'Assigned to' filter. To reassign the parent company reference Assign Me to Shipper.
