The CRM

Our CRM tool is a purpose built CRM for freight brokers and carriers. You can use it to manage your existing relationships with shippers as well as cultivate new ones.

To access the CRM, hover over the left sidebar and then click on 'CRM' from the options. This will take you to the CRM, where you can start managing your relationships. The next section details the two ways to view your data in the CRM, and how to toggle between them.

Contact vs. Company Centric Views

Contact Centric

The default view is Contact Centric. This will list all of your contacts individually, and not group them by the company they belong too.

Company Centric

You can also view your relationships from a company centric view. You can switch the view to company centric by clicking the toggle in the top left of the screen and selecting 'Company Centric'.

The company centric view is useful for when you want to lookup a specific shipper by name.

In this view, you can see each contact with all of the and , in a timeline like view that shows the progression of the relationship over time

You can also assign companies to yourself or others on your team from this view. You can learn more about assigning companies .
