# Onboarding ### Step 1: Apply for access {% hint style="info" %} We are selective about who gets access to the product in order to prevent fraud & double brokering. This also helps increase the chances that shippers in our database are receptive to working with you as you reach out to them. {% endhint %} 1. Apply for access at on any browser. 2. Fill out and submit the form to apply for access. 3. Upon submission, your account should be verified in 1-2 business days. Alternatively, you can authenticate using [Highway](https://highway.com/) and get approved instantly. ### Step 2: Select a plan We offer three kinds of plans - Lite, Essential and Pro. The differences between the three are outlined below. Pick the plan that best fits the needs of you and your organization. #### Lite The Lite Plan includes the following: * **Access to the Magic Map** * **Magic Filters:** Filter the shipper database by state, predicted equipment, commodities and revenue * **CRM** * **Decision Maker Intelligence:** Each list of Linkedin profiles is sorted based on decision maker likelihood * **50 Company Files**: This information is accessible from the Magic Map, and includes company description, location, revenue estimates and more. * **Pay as-you-go Enrichment Credits**: Enrichment credits are $1/credit. #### Essential The Essential Plan includes the following: * **Everything in Lite** * **300 Company Files** * **10 Included Enrichment Credits** #### Pro The Pro Plan is the best way to grow your book of businesses efficiently. The Pro Plan includes the following: * **Unlimited Shipper Profiles** * **Unlimited Requests for LinkedIn Profiles** * **On-demand Requests for Phone & Email Enrichment**: The exact number of credits will depend on the commitment you select in step 3. You can learn more about the differences between the free and pro plans [here](https://docs.shippercrm.com/start-guide/free-vs-pro). ### Step 3: Select a commitment (Pro Plan only) If you decide the Pro Plan is best suited to your needs, you will be prompted to select a commitment duration. We offer offer two duration types: 3 months and 12 months. Both cost $200 / month per seat, but they differ in how many [enrichment credits](https://docs.shippercrm.com/settings/organization/enrichment-credits) they come with. The 3 month plan grants you 200 enrichment credits per seat; the 12 month plan has 900 credits per seat. This means that **the 12 month commitment comes with 100 free credits per seat.** You can learn more about enrichment credits and how they work [here](https://docs.shippercrm.com/settings/organization/enrichment-credits). ### Step 4: Set up your organization After selecting your commitment, you'll be taken to a screen to setup your organization. Here, you can set the structure of your organization. If you operate under a broker-agent model, you'll be able to add any agencies that operate under your organization here. You've completed the onboarding process for ShipperCRM and can start searching for shippers right away on the [Magic Map](https://docs.shippercrm.com/magic-map/overview)!
